Returns Policy
In Store Returns/Exchanges:
- All products must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. We cannot exchange hosiery that has been taken out of its packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be presented and be within 30 days of purchase.
- Due to health regulations we cannot exchange any underwear.
- There is no refund or exchange on any costume orders.
- There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
Online Returns/Exchanges:
- If goods are being returned/exchanged all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Proof of purchase must be presented and be within 30 days of purchase.
- If a product has been proven faulty then you will receive a full refund or exchange including postage fees.
- All products must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
- Any return items must be returned with a Return Approval Form that can be requested by calling or emailing the shop (07) 5580 0007 or info@tinkerbellsdancewear.com.au
